SI Furniture & Mattress Return and Refund Policy

At SI Furniture & Mattress, we strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. 14-Day Hassle-Free Return Window

We offer a hassle-free return window that lasts for 14 days from the date you receive the product. If 14 days have passed since the product was received, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fees and Return Transportation: Please note that all sales are considered final and returns are subject to a restocking fee and require the customer to arrange transportation:

  • Unopened Returns: A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Opened Returns: A 50% restocking fee will be applied.

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the transportation (shipping) of the product back to our warehouse.

2. Damages, Wrong Items, and Delivery Inspection

We ask all customers to inspect their items carefully upon arrival.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • You must check your merchandise and sign in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate that your delivery has been received.

  • Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage.

  • If the product arrives in damaged condition, you must not accept delivery of the product that has been shipped.

Reporting Post-Delivery Issues (48-Hour Rule):

  • If damage or incorrect items are discovered after taking the product out of its packaging, it is your responsibility to notify us regarding the issue within 48 hours of accepting delivery.

  • When notifying us, you must send us a picture of the actual damage via email so we can assess the necessary steps.

  • We will gladly exchange, replace, or repair the items accordingly as soon as possible, upon presentation of the original receipt.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product, hygiene, or customization. These non-returnable items include:

  • Mattresses

  • Mattress Protectors

  • Pillows

  • Boxsprings

  • Custom-made Items

  • Sale Items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchase.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the product leaves our warehouse for a full refund. This is likely to be within 24 hours of you placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately.

If you cancel your order after the product has left our warehouse, we will deduct the original shipping and the return shipping charges from your refund.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have (following the 14-day return process above), and once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
